Return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unworn items not marked final sale in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom-made items are excluded from the standard policy.

Refunds go to your original payment method, less CAD $8 for return shipping from Canada or the USA. For eligible returns from other destinations where we provide a prepaid label, CAD $20 is deducted, subject to the EU statutory withdrawal terms in our Refund Policy.

Exchange or store-credit requests are accepted within 60 days of delivery for eligible items. Return shipping is complimentary within Canada and the USA; international exchange shipping costs are confirmed before processing.

There is no return shipping charge for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. This reporting period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
