We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, unavailable stock, a pricing error or a violation of these terms, subject to applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the cancelled items to your original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Free delivery within Canada and USA

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders. We’re here to ensure your experience is seamless, from start to finish.

Satisfied or refunded

Return requests within 30 days of delivery and exchange or store-credit requests within 60 days of delivery on eligible items. Refund return shipping is CAD $8 within Canada and the USA, or CAD $20 for eligible international returns when we provide a prepaid label, subject to EU statutory withdrawal terms. Exchange and store-credit return shipping is complimentary within Canada and the USA.
