Order
Yes. We currently ship to destinations available at checkout across Canada, the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Custom or special-order pieces may require additional time. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within Canada and 5 to 10 business days to the United States. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping is complimentary within Canada and the United States.
For the United Kingdom and Europe, standard shipping is CAD $25 on orders under CAD $300 and complimentary on orders of CAD $300 or more.
For Australia and New Zealand, standard shipping is CAD $35 on orders under CAD $350 and complimentary on orders of CAD $350 or more.
For Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates, available carrier-calculated rates are shown at checkout. Upgraded shipping options, where available, are also displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges assessed by the destination country or carrier. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, and not marked final sale or custom-made.
For returns from Canada and the United States, refunds to the original payment method are subject to a CAD $8 return-shipping fee. For eligible returns from destinations outside Canada and the United States where we provide a prepaid return label, a CAD $20 return-shipping fee is deducted from your refund, subject to the EU statutory withdrawal terms in our Refund Policy.
Eligible exchange or store-credit requests are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping for eligible exchanges and store-credit returns is complimentary within Canada and the United States. For exchanges outside Canada and the United States, applicable shipping costs will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery; there is no return-shipping charge for damaged or incorrect items. This reporting period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. EU statutory withdrawals follow the terms in our Refund Policy.
Outside the EU statutory withdrawal process, refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. EU statutory withdrawals follow the timing in the European Union Customers section of our Refund Policy.

Care
For routine care, gently wipe your jewellery with a clean, soft, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid silver dips, abrasive cleaners, steam and ultrasonic machines on our finished pieces.
Cleaning advice varies by finish, pearls and gemstones. Follow the gentlest guidance for every material in your piece.
Store each piece separately in its Cirque D’Or pouch or box, or in a soft-lined compartment, to prevent scratches and tangles. Fasten clasps and lay chains flat or hang them individually.
Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Pearls should not be stored in excessively hot or dry conditions.
Apply perfume, skincare and cosmetics before putting on your jewellery, allowing them to dry first. Wipe gently after wear and store pieces separately to protect against scratches and tangles.
