Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or special-order pieces may require additional time. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States. International delivery estimates vary by destination and shipping method and are shown at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

For Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates, available carrier-calculated rates are shown at checkout. Upgraded shipping options, where available, are also displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges assessed by the destination country or carrier. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, and not marked final sale or custom-made.

For returns from Canada and the United States, refunds to the original payment method are subject to a CAD $8 return-shipping fee. For returns from other destinations, a CAD $20 return-shipping fee applies under our current return rules.

Eligible exchanges or store credit are available within 60 days. Return shipping for eligible exchanges and store-credit returns is complimentary within Canada and the United States. For exchanges outside Canada and the United States, applicable shipping costs will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery; there is no return-shipping charge for damaged or incorrect items.

Gold vermeil (2.5 micron) and rhodium-plated sterling silver offer durability and a brilliant finish. Gold vermeil requires minimal care, just clean with mild soap, a soft brush, and lukewarm water. Rhodium plating adds protection to sterling silver, preventing tarnishing. Wipe both with a soft cloth to maintain their shine and longevity.

Each creation is shipped with a cleaning cloth to help you care for your jewelry.

Jewelry made with Mother of Pearl requires special care. As a delicate material, it should never be washed with water. Instead, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to preserve its natural beauty and prevent damage.

To ensure the longevity of your Cirque D'Or creation, store it in a fabric-lined jewelry case, keeping it separate from other pieces to avoid scratches or damage. Some materials used in our creations are delicate and prone to impact damage. As diamonds are the hardest minerals and highly reflective, they can scratch softer materials. We recommend storing diamond-set jewelry apart from other pieces to maintain their pristine condition.

Your Cirque D'Or jewelry is finely crafted and deserves gentle handling. To maintain its beauty, avoid contact with perfumes, soaps, harsh chemicals, and cosmetics, as these may alter its appearance over time. Allow any skincare products or fragrances to fully absorb before putting on your jewelry.
