Complimentary Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the USA.

Complimentary standard shipping is also available on orders of CAD $300 or more to the United Kingdom and Europe, and CAD $350 or more to Australia and New Zealand.

Faster or carrier-calculated services may still be offered at their displayed checkout rate.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days.

Custom or special-order pieces may require additional time. You will be notified at checkout or by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within Canada and 5 to 10 business days to the USA after dispatch.

International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

International Shipping

We ship to destinations available at checkout.

United Kingdom and Europe: CAD $25 standard/economy international shipping on orders below CAD $300; complimentary standard shipping on orders of CAD $300 or more.

Australia and New Zealand: CAD $35 economy international shipping on orders below CAD $350; complimentary standard shipping on orders of CAD $350 or more.

For other supported international destinations, available carrier-calculated shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.

Carriers

We select the carrier and service appropriate for your destination. Available carrier-calculated and upgraded shipping options are shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Where tracking is available for the selected service, the email will include a tracking number or link.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International orders may incur duties, taxes, customs fees or brokerage charges. Unless these are collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility.

Free delivery within Canada and USA

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders. We’re here to ensure your experience is seamless, from start to finish.

Satisfied or refunded

Return requests within 30 days of delivery and exchange or store-credit requests within 60 days of delivery on eligible items. Refund return shipping is CAD $8 within Canada and the USA, or CAD $20 for eligible international returns when we provide a prepaid label, subject to EU statutory withdrawal terms. Exchange and store-credit return shipping is complimentary within Canada and the USA.
