Returns

  • 30-day returns on unworn, non-final sale items.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a $20 return shipping fee (Canada & USA).

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Not marked as final sale or custom-made

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • 60-day free exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

  • Exchange shipping is free within Canada & USA.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at contact@cirquedor.com with your order number and request. We’ll provide full instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
