Our Promise
We want you to truly love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- 30-day returns are accepted on eligible, unworn, non-final sale items.
- For returns from Canada and the USA, refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a CAD $8 return shipping fee.
- For eligible returns from destinations outside Canada and the USA, where we provide a prepaid return label, a CAD $20 return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange under our standard return policy, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Not marked as final sale or custom-made
These conditions apply to our voluntary return policy and do not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
European Union Customers
Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases. Our 30-day return period exceeds the EU’s minimum 14-day withdrawal period and begins from delivery of the last item in the order.
EU customers may also request cancellation before an order is fulfilled through the available self-serve cancellation process.
For an EU statutory withdrawal, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Where we provide a prepaid return label, the applicable return-shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Customers may inspect an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
For an EU statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of standard delivery where required by law, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Any additional cost resulting from choosing an upgraded delivery method instead of our standard delivery method is not refundable.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- 60-day exchanges or store credit are available on eligible items.
- Return shipping for eligible exchanges and store-credit returns is complimentary within Canada and the USA.
- For exchanges outside Canada and the USA, applicable shipping costs will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
There is no return shipping charge for items received damaged or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at contact@cirquedor.com with your order number and request. We’ll provide full instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

For returns outside the EU statutory withdrawal process, refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. EU statutory withdrawals are processed according to the timing described in the European Union Customers section above. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
